Description:
Substantially simplifies the code by replacing
F.conv2dandF.conv3doperations byF.maxpool2dandF.maxpool3d.Should also result in a performance increase, due to the lightweight nature of the maxpool operation.
Also added unit tests to check against CUDA operations
