Pinterest https://www.pinterest.com/

I referred to the following page but I get the same problem.

Please support VK and Pinterest. Also, I would like to request that both VK and Pinterest have a feature that allows users to download images from search results.

Is it possible to disable downloading of R-18 and other age-restricted images?

Pinterest is mostly supported, but it can't do search results yet.
See issue #474 regarding VK.

There is no general way for this, but, depending on the site and what metadata it provides, you might be able to use --filter.
