write-pages doesn't work with twitter

I noticed the write-pages option exists and wanted to look at something from twitter with it, however when I run gallery-dl with this option this is what I get

There's a lot of errors like that. This is probably due to generated filename being too long (Windows).

Yeah, that was the problem. The code limited the filename length to 255 characters, but that alone is not enough on Windows.
