- Fix Update and build C++ Boost Unit Tests #21
- Need to translate the boost tests to nosetests.
- Need to up sequenceParser version to v1.3.0

It will be useful when compilate tests by using CMake.
* Disable the build of boost tests.
Fit to new sequenceParser API (no class for all kind of file, just Item).
* Add include to CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR of tests (because of common.hpp) * Add link to sequenceparser-shared library. * No need to looking for boost components already found.

* Removed some print. * Used spaces instead of tabs.
They were translated to pyTest.
* xrange is not defined. * http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15014310/why-is-there-no-xrange- function-in-python3
Linked with coveralls web platform.
Use it without Travis.
