Display sharps as enharmonic equivalent flats?

Hi, this is just a question from a complete newbie to the world of trackers. Would it be difficult to introduce a customization option to show the enharmonic equivalent flats instead of sharps in the pattern editor? I could not find anything in the manual or settings to do so. From my limited experience, the only two other trackers I know of that support this are Famitracker and OpenMPT, so I realize this might not be an oft-requested feature.

soundtracker (the one for linux based on cubic engine) and fasttracker also seem to support this - maybe some code could be (ab)used from there...
