error: failed to run custom build command for ncurses v5.98.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ubuntu 16.04.5 LT
2. apt install clang
   libclang-dev
   llvm-dev
   libncurses5
   libncursesw5
   cmake
   git
3. cargo build --release
4. See error

Relevant Information
apt install libncurses5
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
libncurses5 is already the newest version (6.0+20160213-1ubuntu1).

Done with:
"libncurses5-dev libncursesw5-dev" instead of " libncurses5 libncursesw5"
But I wonder why in /etc/Dockerfile use "libncurses5 libncursesw5", and compile successfully.
