[testnet1] 100,000 keys max in a wallet (was 10,000) #518

Somebody maxed out 10,000 keys in a wallet...
See #516.

This is purely a tactical fix.
See related - #275 for a discussion around cleaning up unconfirmed wallet outputs.
The wallet file is going to grow over time - there is definitely opportunity to clean up old outputs, both spent and unconfirmed (if we are careful).
