实现了ALIGN模型在MSCOCO val2017数据集上的微调实验。

数据集为MSCOCO val2017，模型为kakaobrain/align，硬件环境晟腾910b
MindSpore实现的代码基于MindNLP。
PyTorch的基准实验基于transformers框架，使用4060硬件，仓库位于[(https://github.com/huadaox/kakaobrain_align_ft)]。
实验结果如下：
