Expected Behavior

Display of the Share File Dialog with a Presigned Get URL

Current Behavior

Share File Dialog Requests a Access Key and Secret

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. docker instance RELEASE.2023-05-27T05-56-19Z with console
  2. Create a User with minimal s3:GetObject policy for any Bucket
  3. Login as That user
  4. Open Share file Dialog for any File
