Add CSV Spec Icon for Red Hat CSI Certification

Objective:

To add CSV Spec Icon as is needed by the certification process.

Icon:

• Same Icon is being used in our MinIO Operator:

Story:

• It got introduced by @dvaldivia back in PR: OLM Definition v4.4.7 operator#1015

Test results without icon is:
