Openshift support is removed from Upstream Operator to be moved into Downstream Operator only @harshavardhana, this PR addresses https://github.com/miniohq/engineering/issues/2144 |

Moving support for OpenShift from upstream Operator to downstream.
Support will still be available through our downstream offerings, which will include comprehensive support. This change allows us to focus our resources on maintaining and enhancing the quality of our support services for OpenShift users.
