[SpousesIsland] Add French translation

My pull request includes the fr.json file for basic translations.
Additionally, I am attaching a zip file containing the translation files that are not part of the Github repository:

• [CP] SpousesIsland/i18n/fr.json
• [CP] SpousesIsland/assets/Devan/Dialogue_fr.json
• [MFM] SpousesIsland/i18n/fr.json

The zip file also contains the file [CP] SpousesIsland/assets/Devan.json. This file is a slightly modified version of the original file to fix certain events. Here are the details of the changes:

• Railroad event
  • It seems that @ is not replaced by the player's name in the quickQuestion. The @? message has been replaced by ....
  • The two choices in the first quickQuestion display the value of the key i18n:Event.Railroad_start-s2. The first choice has been replaced by i18n:Event.Railroad_start-s1.
• Forest event
  • An error in Devan's name causes the event to end prematurely. The instruction speak devan has been replaced by speak Devan.
  • An error in the name of the translation key prevents the translation from being displayed properly. The key Event.Forest_q has been replaced by Event.Forest_question.
  • An extra closing brace after i18n:Event.Forest_s1 has been removed.
  • The event ends before the last dialog because of an extra (break). This (break) has been removed.
