Installed themes and plugins not showing up on dashboard

I'm using MySQL 8.0.30 set from Aiven.io
After moving the plugin into plugin folder and redeploy on Vercel, I cant seem to see the installed plugin or themes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go your private repository and check in folder wp/wp-content/plugin your plugin files. if all alread check deployment of this commit,
*remenber: all file unizip repository file can excide 250 mb in free accounts.
