This ended up being a massive refactor but the code came out super ugly. I might want to see if I can do a cleanup before merging. |

This is a larger update to the lexer to bring it more in line with Jinja2. When this is done the goal is to have compatibility with
trim_blocksandlstrip_blocks.Refs #446
