The checkbox appears after loading the track.

2.4-alpha-1147-g0ad01b6ccc (main) in Linux Mint 20.3 Una x86-64.

I see some strange shapes as shown in the attachment. This shape changes to normal checkbox if I load the track or edit its metadata or analyze it.
