There is no way to quickly navigate to some "place" on the hard drive or toggle between playlist, crate and directory path without using the mouse \ touchpad. Can there be some Favourites preferences menu or some thing in the Library where you add bookmarks and than use mixxxcontrols to walk through bookmarks so you could easily access some places, or toggle between them only with controller and there were no need to unfold directories many times and do many scrolls through large list of folders.

yeah, this would be so helpful, for single DJs and also for back-to-bacck sessions. Been looking forward to something like this since the multi-pane library redesign is on the table, which is stalled unfortunately..

I think instead of introducing some new library widget, an tree view implementation like QuickLinks in the Browse feature would be sufficient. As a starter we can allow link to playlists and crates, later on stored search queries for some lib features can be added?

It will be tricky to support different table models I guess?
