The very first release of text-engine.

Text Engine is a lightweight rich-text framework for GTK which focuses on speed, performance, and portability.

This release supports a minimal subset of HTML with no rich text display or editing capabilities. It serves both as a proof-of-concept and an important building block in bringing support for reviews and comments to Extension Manager. Future releases will contain important additions to core functionality - the library is under rapid development and API breakage is all but guaranteed.
