Avoid errors when layer_info.identification.temporalextent_start or layer_info.identification.temporalextent_end not exists.
- Fix prints and use logging instead.
- Set a log until parallel develop is finished.
ckan_name_not_uuid allows you to use ckan_name instead of uuid to id/name elements of the dataset. A valid CKAN name is a string that contains only lowercase letters, numbers, underscores and dashes.
