Update to grunt v0.3.x

Ok, be sure to talk to me about the grunt plugin stuff. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what that means. Any suggestions or observations you might have would be appreciated.

quick update: I still have a few things to cleanup, but the update to grunt 0.3.x is pretty much done. Also I've set up a basic documentation on how to use the build script as a grunt plugin, with global / local install instruction.

Due to the tasks contained in subdirectories in tasks/, I had to setup a specific tasks/load.js file but that's due to the directory layout which is not standard. I might move them all to tasks/* instead. This was the only "issue" I had with the plugin system, other than that this works great for me.
