How to prevent empty type info in commits after running the script?

Hi,

I employ the Python script "script_pytype_type_infer.py" to extract the updated type information from the repository at https://github.com/akanimax/pro_gan_pytorch. However, as shown in the image below, certain commits appear to be empty of content, despite the fact that the corresponding commits within the "TYPE_REPO" directory contain non-empty information.

I faced this problem in multiple projects while following the same process.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
