Bump Turing/DynamicPPL compat

Hello, just a small PR to bump the compat entries for Turing/DynamicPPL as we've just released Turing 0.35. Because we use Pathfinder in one of our docs, to produce an updated version of the docs for 0.35 we need a compatible version of Pathfinder :)

I also replaced a couple of links to our old documentation website, which we no longer have control over.

I ran the integration tests locally with Turing@0.35 and they all passed, so I'm hoping that CI will pass.

Supersedes #215, #216, and #217.
