Changed $LOW_PAPER_Landscape/Portrait To $LOW_PAPER_ORIENT_* because there is another Const. short formed to $LOW_PAPER_
If you don't like what I did to the $LOW_CURSOR_STAT_, make sure you add them back into the LOWriter_CursorGetStatus function. I don't have any ideas how to handle _LOWriter_CursorMove and keep my "#Cursor Movement Constants ..." notes.
Caught an error in _LOWriter_DirFrmtParTabStopCreate
Will finish this file later
Changed Tables Get Names return to something more logical.
