What does this PR do and why?
This PR updates the home page to include a great demo video from Jamon, and it refreshes a lot of the copy on that page. It's been a while since we revisited those docs, and I wanted to move things around to hopefully provide clarity. Happy to iterate on this if anyone has additional suggestions!
The source changes are in 0938d6d, the second commit is just artifacts from the build step.
