2595 Changed runMocha to runMochaJSON in test/integration

Requirements

Description of the Change

I tested all integration test file, can change runMocha to runMochaJSON.
There were few things I could change.

Why should this be in core?

Benefits

If we're not testing raw reporter output, we should use runMochaJSON() instead.
