Motivation and Context

After the doc_auto_cfg feature has been merged into doc_cfg feature, there is no need to annotate #[cfg_attr(docsrs, doc(cfg(feature = "xxxx")))], it will be automatically identified and rendered in the rustdoc.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally with

RUSTDOCFLAGS="--cfg docsrs" cargo +nightly doc --no-deps --open
