Make the consecutive stack id part of the branch template

Hello, awesome tool. I would love to use it.

The only problem is that my github setup for many many repos uses the / as a special symbol to encode information in the branch names.

Could you please consider making the /1 suffix of each PR part of the suffix. Such that you would be able to do $USERNAME-$BRANCH-$ID as part of the branch template.

I'm open to making a PR myself
