Bad QLN

The QLN or quiet line noise is only measured during synchronization between modem/CPE and the DSLAM and only shows the noise spectrum from that point in time. Starting with a decent QLN the line degraded and after some uptime the SNR spectrum reveals the sorry state of RF interference of the line.

After a resync, the QLN now shows some of the RF noise issues (e.g. the big and broad upward spike at around sub-carrier 300), but due to the new synchronization the the SNR recovered (probably due to the vectoring engine now having a more recent interference/tx power measurement and being able to overcome the RF noise ingress partly).
