Adds robot.txt and .htaccess file generation. These are both based on the
bots.jsonfile found in_source/_data.The list of bots is sourced from the ai.robots.txt project.
I relied heavily on Ethan Marcotte’s article Blockin’ bots. Big shout out to him for documenting his process :).
Fixes #9
