- added configs for knex pool configurations - replaced any console.log/info with the mojaloop logger - bumped up version

- merged jest test changes - also updated eslint to correctly cater for jest

- included standard - updated eslint to use standard - fixed standard issues
- Added detailed health end-point which reports on datastore store if simpleRoutingMode is disabled.
