Nest Fastify thing requires this now for some reason? Idk
Last update added this for some reason, they seem very desperate for new cloud customers. I absolutely don't want the cloud shit running for contributors without them opting in to it, and whilst it makes CI output a little more readable, it's not all that helpful and I just don't want extra complexity.
This breaks encrypted app tickets!! lol!

Bump all dependencies to latest, besides TypeScript, which had to stay on
5.5.4due to Angular. I'm mad about it.nx run db:create-migration <name>and committed the migration if I've made DB schema changesfeat: Add foo,chore: Update bar, etc...fixuped into my original commits
