Upgraded direct dependency for gopkg.in/yaml

An indirect dependency on v2.4.0 will remain because the viper pkg still supports and as such has a dependency on v2.4.0, but natively uses v3.0.1 by default spf13/viper#1357

• It has a dep on both v2 and v3: https://github.com/spf13/viper/blob/master/go.mod#L20-L21
