Removed dead newsletter link. Was a tinyletter url that led to a generic MailChimp landing page

I removed the dead newsletter link. The link that existed was a tinyletter url that led to a generic MailChimp landing page since tinyletter was bought out by MailChimp and subsequently shut down in February 2024. I think it'd be appropriate to point the link else where if there's a newsletter platform being utilized by the project.
