It might be nice to use these PRs to document why the version is bumping so we have some historical context. This one is related to the Sudo pallet removal, right?

Yes it will include the sudo pallet removal yes.
I thought about documenting it, but I thought the release note would do that job better than this ticket, what do you think ?
