After > 14 releases, it's time to make a 1.0 !

v1.00.01 Sept 11th 2019

Stable enough for 1.0!
Make the dependency on BVP optional because curseforge/twitch is broken
Trying to flip around retail and classic tags and default to see if it helps
Now use periodic yield to avoid (rare) DCs, from MoLib - should fix #23
Config option to not show the periodic "you can scan" chat text - Fixes #29
