the debian packaging in percol wasn't quite complete. "lintian" was
complaining a lot and there were some bugs in various parts.
more importantly, the copyright file was missing. in here, I assume
that issue #96 is resolved by setting the license to MIT, or more
exactly, Expat, but that would need to be confirmed directly.
i'd be happy to be a sponsor for this package if you still want it in
debian, just let me know.
