Simplify SVG which is exported by Sketch/Illustrator etc.

simplifySvg(svgString: string, plugins?: IPluginConfig[]): string

All shape will be transformed to path
stoken-width should be transformed by Sketch or Illustrator, if want the SVG unlimited scalable
