Description of changes:
The version bump step previously looked for tags labeled like
X.Y.Zrather thanvX.Y.Z, causing the version tag to restart at0.0.1. This PR corrects this issue.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
