标题中无法使用符号【】，若标题包含韩文则无法通过 #24

标题中含有的【】会在投稿时被去除，含有韩文则会提示包含某种字符而无法通过，能否在上传时先对标题进行处理，比如韩文直接转换为罗马音，保证频道的视频初次上传成功。

标题中含有的【】会在投稿时被去除

重构了下标题处理机制，实心括号现在属于处理例外，经测试不会意外删除了

韩文则会提示包含某种字符而无法通过

测试了下，现在貌似就韩文会这样？

增加了{safe_korean_title} {roma_korean_title}变量，还请参见链接获得使用方式

不知道是不是更新后的问题，上传时youtube参数要放在上传设置的参数前面，否则上传设置的参数会失效。

设计如此，不过帮助文档一直没有强调过位置问题，这里纠正了下
