This PR includes a handful of onboarding/tutorial resources and improvements, with the majority of the change being a new
TUTORIAL.mdfile that is meant to provide a more in depth explanation of the repo, guidance on example workflows, and FAQs.A couple QOL features related to finetuning have snuck on board.
