ascoltatori dependency breaks due to fs-ext on Windows #193

ascoltatori depends on "qlobber-fsq" : "^6.1.0"`` which doesn't catch the update in dependency of fs-ext to 1.0.0``` which solves this issue

Dependency should be bumped to at least "qlobber-fsq" : "^10.0.0" to be compatible again with Windows.
