Probe Request Frame Tool

This project aims to put a PRF collection tool on the VoCore. The VoCore is a small OpenWRT based embedded systems.

Instructions

• Setup build environment

• Clone OpenWRT Source -- tested with commit hash {32509c39e4499a9060a5e76df6a0dd14dddb470c}

• Modify OpenWRT Source with specifics for VoCore & PRF Tool ** openwrt/package/base-files/files/bin/config_generate ** openwrt/package/base-files/files/etc/shadow ** openwrt/package/kernel/files/lib/wifi/mac80211.sh ** target/linux/ramips/dts/VOCORE.dts

• update feeds ** openwrt/scripts/feeds update -a ** openwrt/scripts/feeds install luci

Make OpenWRT

• make defconfig
• make menuconfig
• Target System: Ralink RT288x/RT3xxx, Subtarget: RT3x5x/RT5350, Target Profile: VoCore
• Make sure to select 'tcpdump' under 'Network' and 'LuCI'
• make
• output will be under openwrt/bin/...

Flash Firmware

• scp /Path/to/firmware/openwrt-ramips-rt305x-vocore-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin root@0.0.0.0:/tmp/
• ssh root@0.0.0.0
• mtd -e firmware write /tmp/openwrt-ramips-rt305x-vocore-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin firmware
• reboot
