In the GeckoEngine, we are experiencing some caching issues, when a given site permission is granted or denied, and when we try to change it, the last permission is prevailing even when the permission is updated. See more on the Fenix issue and Bugzilla bug.

As a result, we need to clear, the site permission cache when we update or remove a site permission.
