Why/User Benefit/User Problem

As a developer, good debugging tools are essential. Flipper can be handy for certain scenarios with its wealth of useful plugins, so we should likely support it in debug builds.

What / Requirements

Add integration for Flipper.

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

A developer will be able to load up a Fenix debug build into Flipper and observe many of the app's functions for debugging purposes.
