The Intel-based Bitrise stack will be deprecated in under a month. Let's use the M1-based stack for Focus' testing.
In addition, we've been running Focus XCUITests on XCode 14.3 and M1. Let's upgrade the XCode version being used on Bitrise as well so that we are using the same version on XCode and CPU across Firefox and Focus.
