Uploading file to GitHub Issues fails not indicate any progress status

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to find a bug in r-b ;)
2. Start a new GitHub issue.
3. Click the bar at the bottom of the text editor to upload a file.
4. Optional: accept the file access permission of not already done so.
5. Choose a file (image in my example)
6. Wait for the file to be uploaded and

Expected behavior

• The file uploads and the markdown is filled in the text editor.

Actual behavior

1. There is no file uploaded and we don't see any markdown added the text editor.
2. The 'Cancel' and 'Update comment' buttons are also frozen and neither work.

Device information

• Android device: Android 9 (Pixel 2)
• Reference Browser version: 1.0.1905 (Build # 1 🦎 66.0a1-20190124104034)

There is an issue in the GeckoView side when we provide a file is not getting uploaded.
