This removes the forms from the Symbols Upload Now page. I kept the page because it contains a link to instructions on how to upload symbols using Python and curl. That seems helpful to keep.

The CircleCI failure is this: I tried retrying it immediately, but that failed again. I'll try again later unless someone else looks into it first. |

CircleCI keeps failing for some reason about a token, but other PRs are succeeding. I'm going to close this out and open a new PR. |
