Bugzilla assets are closed

Goal:

Close Reps group, mentor groups and bugzilla forms

Required:

• Submit bug to close bugzilla form (owner @plwt )
• Submit bug to close reps access groups (owner @plwt )
• Submit bug to move reps bugs to graveyard (@MichaelKohler ) - please hold until end of 2023 (so we make sure we make final payments for community spaces)

If it's of any help I could also submit a PR removing the forms directly. Just tell me and I can get on it :)

Additionally, I'd suggest to also move the Reps bugzilla product to the Graveyard. That probably needs a bug as well.

To be fair I would not know where to start to get this done, @MichaelKohler is more than welcome to pick this one up.

@couci can we now archive all the bugs to the Graveyard? We probably should not remove the access groups, though, you might still need access to the previous budget requests for legal reasons?
