Followup to #4826

We created a smoke test for firefox-ios, but we opted not to run it in any CI jobs just yet

One good approach is to create a triggerable github action that we can link to in our Pull Request template that PR creators can run if they think the change is risky

This is done by the addition of the PR flag [firefox-ios: main]
