Bug 1709595 Add new attribution experiment fields to clients_daily

We ignore updates to attitudes_daily because that is being removed in #2003

In the first commit here, I've added schema.yaml files for all downstream tables that also need schema updates when clients_daily changes. In subsequent commits, I add the new fields and documentation about the workflow, relying on schema.yaml for deployment.
