[Description]:

If there are kinto errors like 507 the bottom footer still says Synced, it should show an error and ask user to reconnect

After authenticating, kinto might return some errors we should handle.

 fix synced UI after kinto error. Should request reconnect.
 implement a solution to unblock the user.
 display used quota. #837
